TENANT SATISFACTION
We conducted a tenant
satisfaction survey in 2008 and the main results are shown
below. The fieldwork took place during September and October
2008. Questionnaires were sent to all our tenants and the
findings are based on responses from 89 tenants; a response
rate of 72%.
